I bought a cheap "Fixer upper" in '88 for 40,000. The fact it was a pretty dismal home motivated me to transform it into a work of art.I figured I had little to lose and let my imagination go wild in collaboration with such artists as Paul Volker, Melissa Vogley Woods and Aaron Schroder.
